THE SEVEN CAMPS

CAMP ONE:

MISSION: Bring companionship, teamwork and unity back to the family.

EMPHASIS: Family prayer, Family Devotion, Family Projects

FOCUS SCRIPTURE: Joshua 24:15, “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

ULTIMATE GOAL: Upon returning home, families will have prayer and devotional time once a week, plus commit to a Family Project/quality time once a week.

CAMP TWO SUMMARY:

MISSION: Create an environment for family discipleship.

EMPHASIS: Family Bible Study

FOCUS SCRIPTURE: 2 Timothy 3:16, “All scripture is inspired by God and profitable for leading, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.”

ULTIMATE GOAL: Upon returning home, families will continue disciplines from Camp One, plus read and discuss the Bible together.

CAMP THREE SUMMARY:

MISSION: Teach families how to hear God’s voice and recognize and acknowledge God in their everyday lives.

EMPHASIS: Family testimonies

FOCUS SCRIPTURE: Psalm 145:4, “One generation shall praise thy works to another and shall declare thy mighty acts.”

ULTIMATE GOAL: Upon returning home, families will continue disciplines from other camps, read and discuss the book “Hearing God,” and testify to one another regularly about what God is doing in their lives.

CAMP FOUR SUMMARY:

MISSION: Help families express encouragement to one another.

EMPHASIS: Family exhortation

FOCUS SCRIPTURE: Hebrews 3:13, “Exhort one another daily while it is still called today.”

ULTIMATE GOAL: Upon returning home, families will continue disciplines from other camps, as well as, exhort one another continually in very practical ways.

CAMP FIVE SUMMARY:

MISSION: Enable family members to recognize, confess and forsake their sins.

EMPHASIS: Family confession

FOCUS SCRIPTURE: James 5:16 “Confess your faults one to another and pray for another, that you may be healed.”

ULTIMATE GOAL: Upon returning home, families will continue disciplines from other camps, as well as, make confession, repentance and prayer a family lifestyle.

CAMP SIX SUMMARY:

MISSION: Enable family members to know what is worship, how do we worship, who we worship. Begin to worship as a family.

EMPHASIS: Family worship

FOCUS SCRIPTURE: John 4:23 “But the hour is coming, and now is,

when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for

the Father is seeking such to worship Him. “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

ULTIMATE GOAL: Upon returning home, families will continue

disciplines from other camps, as well as, make worship a family lifestyle.

CAMP SEVEN SUMMARY:

MISSION: To take what you have learned and share it with others.

EMPHASIS: Service

FOCUS SCRIPTURE: “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, “teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

ULTIMATE GOAL: Upon returning home, families will continue disciplines from other camps, as well as, go on a mission trip.
